Get ready for an unforgettable evening of excitement, generosity, and community at Windham County Humane Society’s annual auction fundraiser, Wags to Riches. 

Our 2026 theme is "Great Catsby." Think 1920s glitz and glamour, and fancy masks. We promise a night of fun and fabulous local items and experiences, all for a wonderful cause. 

Come dressed in your best masquerade attire at the Retreat Farm Barn on May 2 from 6-9pm. 

Here's what to expect: 

• At least 100 unique, local gifts and experiences in our silent auction.

• At least a dozen exciting luxury offerings (including all-inclusive trips) in our live auction.

• Delicious provisions by The Porch, and libations by Retreat Farm.

• A 50/50 raffle. 

• A prize for best dressed.

All funds raised help provide shelter and care to hundreds of abandoned and surrendered dogs, cats, and small pets every year. In 2025 alone, 827 pets found new homes from our shelter, and our clinic spayed and neutered over 1,000 non-shelter animals. 

The night is guaranteed to be filled with excitement, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to support the vulnerable animals at the Windham County Humane Society.
